They are made from 100% whole grain and kilned and rolled thin for quicker preparation. With a fast-cooking time of just three minutes, the oatmeal cups can be the perfect addition to any busy individual's time. We use high-quality all-natural ingredients that provide healthy fat, fiber, and protein for your body. Several organic ingredients used in the product include organic coconut sugar, organic cocoa powder, organic coconut shreds, and more.
